INTEL INTRODUCES CORE i7 CHIPS

The worlds biggest semiconductor maker,came up with a latest chip design.3 models of the core i7 based on a design called Nehalem.It is initially available at the cost of $280 to $999 each.Intel will show machines made by 18 companies including dell on monday at an event in san francisco.The release of the chip is part of the CEO,Mr paul otellinis plans to protect the company's lead over advanced micro devices inc.,as slumping demand forced Intel to cut its sales forecast last week.Through the introduction of this chip,Intel combines memory and processing functions in a single unit to enhance the speed of computing.
